Dear Mr. Griffin:
As discussed with Larry Davis, Standard Pacific of Texas, L.P.
agrees to complete a barrier free ramp at the intersection of
the existing alley in "The Meadows, Section Four" and the
sidewalk parallel to Parkway Boulevard adjacent to Waterside
Estates.
As project manager for Standard Pacific of Texas, L.P. we agree
to complete this work as discussed. The work will be completed
in two weeks if weather permits. Steve Kaufman will perform
this work as he is the contractor that performed all other
sidewalk work in the subdivision.
