RE: Punch List Items for Water Side Estates Phase II-A
As per our discussion I am sending this memorandum to your office
in order to note punch list items on the above referenced project
that have not been corrected. The following items remain
deficient:
1) The valves located in the brick pavers at the
intersection of Waterside and MacArthur need to be set. The
pavers will have to be installed before acceptance.
Please ensure these items are corrected and maintenance bonds and
asbuilts are sent to Public Works prior to acceptance of this
project.
