Re: Wynnpage Estates
Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
We have reviewed the revised construction plans for the Wynnpage Estates
Addition to the City of Coppell prepared by Unzicker, Schnurbusch &
Associates, inc. The plans have been revised in accordance with our review
comments dated October 4, 1991 with the exception of the sanitary sewer
embedment detail shown on Sheet No. 20 of 28. The detail needs revision to
conform with Coppell's Type "4" Embedment.
We have discussed this revision with the design engineer and it is our
understanding they are working to make the necessary corrections.
We are enclosing three (3) sets of marked up plans for this project which
documents the City's review comments. These sets are for your files. We are
available to discuss this project further at your convenience.
