Dear Glenn:
As you are aware, we had a preconstruction meeting at the City Hall for
the referenced project to formally "kick-off" the construction of the
Utility and Paving phase with the proposed subdivision. Over the past
few weeks, the Excavation Contractor has cleared, grubbed, and excavated
the streets within Wynnpage and should be far enough along for the
Utility Contractor to mobilize and begin his work.
I would appreciate it very much if you could help me regarding two
issues which affect the improvements which currently belong or will
eventually belong to TU Electric for the purpose of providing electrical
service to this area. They are as follows:
1. Please review the plan I left your representative at the
preconstruction meeting. We have provided a utility street
crossing schedule on the Sanitary Sewer Plan (sheet number three)
which shows the size, location and owner of the respective
crossing. The crossings shown were reproduced from a plan provided
to us by your office. If you see any disgrepancies with our
utility crossing locations from that shown on your latest plan,
please call me at your earliest convenience so this drawing can be
revised, otherwise, I will assume that the crossings shown are
correctly shown.
2. Please relocate the_existing power pole on the West side of Denton
Road which is !ocaced withi~ the Right-of-Way of Wynnpage Drive
(the entrance to this addition). It appears that you will need to
place two power poles on each side of Wynnpage. Drive and eliminate
the one which is located in the proposed pavement area.
