According to Ordinance Number 91514, the Developer shall install erosion control material to ensure that erosion is minimized. Section 15-8-4-F requires a surety consisting of Cash, Certificate of Deposit (CD), Bond or Letter of Credit for a two year period. Attached is a check in the amount of $2,500.00 or approximately $5.00 per hay bale to cover 75% damage the first year and 25% damage the second year. Per our discussion, you will prepare a document to reserve an account so that the Developer can recover this money at the end of the two year period.
