We're very excited about the opportunity to build homes in Coppell and be part of the Coppell
Community. We've already experienced significant success from our home sales efforts thus far.
A large number of our homebuyers need to move into their Standard Pacific home by the end
of the 4th Quarter, 1992 due to school and other considerations.
We are requesting a conditional release of the area south of the bridge on Spyglass and
Shorewood Drive/Court.
We would be willing to post a performance cash escrow for any miscellaneous outstanding
items. We appreciate you evaluating our situation and thank you for considering the urgency of
our need to begin construction.
