Dear Larry:
Per my conversation with Mr. Tom Wise, the subcontractor that
will be installing erosion control materials for the subject
tract, I will have him install hay bales in accordance with
the attached plan the week of August 17-21 baring any rain
delays.
Based on this intent, I am requesting that the project not be
held up from issuing building permits prior to installation.
