referenced projeot at 8:30 &.m. on B/10/92. The following is

. Intersection of MacAr~ur and Waterside incomplete. Needs
~o be completed and ram~s need to meet ADA guldeline stan~
· Coffer Dam ne~d~ to be removed.
. All ~n~ of roa~ guardr~il need~ to be ~1" high with
, -~ =e£1ective e~d of roa~ ta~e as per oonstru=%ion stan~ar~
. Remove ~ebris from in front of Line G (48" REP).
. Deok plate is bowed, need~ to be oorrected, oannot have
more =hah a 1/4~ lip at sidewalk (ADA
Sewer line clea~out needs 2~ x 2~ blockout on Chelsea Bay.
. -Ail drop inlets need throat sealed (*Note= All inlets are
~olding water due to what appears to be the lake level at
th~s t~me).
~--_ ... ~uardrail ~s needed a~ ~he brid~e which needs to be
· Erosion control on overall projeot needed.
