Re: Waterside Estates No. 2
Final Inspection
Dear Mr. Davis:
I am requesting a final inspection of Waterside Estates No.
2 on Monday, August 10, 1992 for the purpose of releasing the
subdivision for building permits.
As was the case in the previous release, the issue of stop signs
and street address blades should be coordinated internally
between you and Rey Gonzales so that this installation does
not interfere with the acceptance of the project.
If there are any outstanding issues to be resolved, please
contact Michael Dowdey to make sure that we are meeting the
City's requirements.
If any retaining wall or sidewalk installation are not completed
by Monday , the developer will place monies in escrow to ensure
said improvements are completed.
The importance of this request is that the developer / builder,
Standard Pacific Homes has several houses presold and they need
to be completed by December 31, 1992.
Any efforts that you can make to assist these builders would
be greatly appreciated.
