Met with contractor who provided locations and specifications for placement.
Testing
Performed concrete testing on one sample taken for 10+/- placement of inlet bottoms and walls on Freeport
Parkway at stations 22+02.50,9+13.84 and 6+31.88. Sample taken from placement at station 22+02.50.
Testing included slump, air content and temperature (ambient and mix). 54x8 test cylinders cast on sample for
compression testing.

Kleinfelder arrived on jobsite for concrete placement of inlet (walls). Kleinfelder sampled from 8 yd.concrete
load. Kleinfelder performed test consisting of ambient temperature, concrete mix temperature, air content %,
slump, and one set of five x8concrete cylinder mold samples. Test results were recorded on report.
Workers placed concrete from truck through chute into forms of inlet (walls). Concrete was consolidated with a
mechanical vibrator. Marcus w/ City of Coppell was notified of test results by Kleinfelder.

These were dropped off and checked into the lab.
