Kleinfelder arrived on job site for field density testing of water line at Lot 3R-1 Block 8. Kleinfelder performed
six field density test at two locations of water line for trench backfill. All test results were compliant. Test
results were recorded on report. Rafael Perello w/ Fluor was notified of test results by Kleinfelder.
