' ....... 255 Parkway Coppell, Texas 75019 Re: Wynnpage Addition Coppell, Texas 90051-0 Dear Mr. Sieb: i recently met with Larry Davis of your office regarding the construction within the referenced development. After briefing him on the rather lengthy history of this project, he asked some questions which he requested some guidance. Most of his questions were answered by the Engineering Staff, but one issue still remains unanswered. I believe this issue needs to be addressed by the Planning Department. As you are aware, we are required to build screening walls/fences around much of the perimeter of this tract as made part of the zoning and Final Platting. ~r. Davis wishes to know if all perimeter fences, landscaping and entry features should be constructed prior to City acceptance of the subdivision. it is our opinion that the fencing is an extraordinary request which our client was willing to fulfill. I would appreciate it if the City would not make the construction of these improvements part of the City acceptance of the public work improvements. However, we believe that the work associated with these landscape improvements should be completed prior to issuance of a "certificate of occupancy" of any house within the subdivision. Gary, as you are aware, this project has been held up at every possible turn, and we would appreciate it very much if the City would work with us on this issue. We would also appreciate it very much ~f you could respond to this request in writing and copy Mr. Davis and the developer.
