Dear Shohre:
As you might be aware, we have begun the clearing and excavation work
within the referenced addition. I have copied Larry Davis of your office
on all correspondence relating to this work. Euless Excavating Company
was awarded the contract to perform this phase of the work within the
referenced addition, and were authorized to proceed on August 20, 1991.
After being shut down by Mr. Davis on Friday, August 23, 1991, I met with
him to get the project back on line with work resuming this morning.
We will be receiving bids for the Utility and Paving Phase of this project
on Tuesday, August 27th, and should have a qualified Utility Contractor
and Paving Contractor selected by Friday, August 30th.
I would appreciate it very much if you could finalize your Final review at
your earliest convenience so that this office can make any necessary minor
changes to the plans. I would also appreciate it very much if you could
schedule a preconstruction meeting for this project on ~ednesday,
September 11, 1991. Our Excavation Contractor should be complete with
rough grade work within this project by this date and we would like to see
the Utility Contractor begin his work without delaying the project anymore
than it already has. As you know, this project has been around along
time; being postponed during the zoning and Preliminary Platting Phase on
several occasions. Each of these delays has caused some concern to the
developer of this tract.

feel free to call.
