Ail the punch list items have been addressed as noted except for
one. The brick paver lug which was disturbed during the attempt to
locate a valve stack was not replaced in its entirety, but instead,
was underluged, routed and sealed. Staff reserves the right to
require full replacement at any time during the maintenance bond
time frame if failure in this area surfaces.
The street sign can't be installed till such time that the finish
grades at the intersections are completed. Please let me know when
this is done.
This subdivision will be subject to a complete walk thru once final
acceptance of the entire project is imminent.
