As you requested, I met with Kevin Kendrick of Unzicker, Schnurbusch
Associates to discuss the storm drainage outfall structure and offsite
channelization for the Wynnpage Addition. I asked Kevin to provide more
detail of this area as follows:
- Provide cross-sections of Alley "A"
- Show the headwall on the storm sewer outfall channel section
- Provide a grading plan of the outfall channel
- Solid block sod is preferred to hydromulching as slope
protection
I explained that this additional detail is required to better describe
this project to the adjacent property owners to the south.
These comments should be reflected on the review set that is provided to
Kendrick.
