Clean the whole jobsite 2. 2 year maintenance and erosion bonds for 50% Water 3. The irrigation meter connections need to be all copper, brass or brass Sewer 4. First cleanout needs to be repaired. You should be able to see straight to the bottom with no bends. 5. Form boards removed off the cleanout boxes Storm Sewer 6. The expansion material needs to be sealed on curb inlet 7. Northwest storm drain needs to have the concrete repaired. The silt fence needs to be removed, but either sod or maybe curlex needs to be placed around inlet Streets 8. Route and seal all cracks on new concrete with proper sealant. Grey silicone. 9. Seal the curb coming off the alley on to Summers Pace. 10. Seal redwood on the sidewalks General 11. Sod needs to be finished placed on the corner of Summers Place and Sandy Lake. 12. Adjacent properties need to be satisfied with repairs to any damaged areas. The city needs a letter or an email stating that everything is back to normal. Clean the whole jobsite 2. 2 year maintenance bonds for 50% Water 3. Markings on the curb for all meters, valves and hydrants need to be painted according to the City of Coppell Standards Detail 4220 4. Fire hydrants need to be at the appropriate height. See City of Coppell Detail 4120 5. Adjust the meter box to finish grade 6. Valve lids need to be painted. See City of Coppell Detail 4220 7. Make all valves are at proper height from top of grade. Sewer 8. The markings need to be engraved on the nearest curb for Sewer manholes and clean-outs. See City of Coppell Detail 5170 9. Clean-outs need to have a concrete box around them at grade. This can take place after the homes are built. 10. Manholes need to be at grade in the pavement. 11. All debris needs to be removed from manholes 12. Make sure all of the cleanout Y-Tees are at proper height. 13. Rain pans need to be installed in manholes Storm Sewer 14. All drains need to be cleaned and free of debris 15. All Drains need to have positive flow Streets 16. Route and seal all cracks on new concrete. 17. Repair any broken concrete on new concrete. 18. Saw cuts and expansion joints need to be sealed 19. All sidewalks need to be ADA compliant. General 20. Disturbed areas need to be sodded or some type of erosion control in the ROW 21. Trees need to be removed off adjacent property 22. Adjacent properties need to be satisfied with repairs to any damaged areas. This is a PRE-punch list. We have to give Streets, Water, and Sewer Departments a 7 day notice for their walk-thru. Their list may be more specific than my list because ours is a quick visual, surface inspection. Our list needs to be complete prior to scheduling a Public Works walk-thru.
