Dear Shohre:
On behalf of our client, WYNNPAGE ESTATES, LTD., we respectfully
request that an early start permit be granted for the clearing and
excavation phase of this project. It is our understanding that this
work is being started prior to final acceptance of the Engineering
Plans. Please accept this letter as our permit to begin this work.
It is my understanding that your final review comments should be ready
on Monday for our pick up. It is our client's intent to begin work as
soon as possible as this project has already been delayed several
months because of the zoning and platting issues.
