This letter is to inform you that the City of Coppell has hired Alan Plummer Associates,
Inc. to perform a design of the Sandy Lake Lift Station. With this letter we are requesting
your cooperation in this effort. They will have a survey crew entering your properiy to
collect data for the design. Attached is a right of entry agreement for your review and

RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT
Owner: LTTS Charter School Inc.
Property: Universal Academy

Coppell, Texas 75019
Legal Description: Corners of Coppell Rep; Blk 1, Lots 3R and 4R
Project: City of Coppell Sandy Lake Lift Station
Owner grants a Right of Entry upon the Property to the City of Coppell (City), its agents and contractors, upon the
following terms and conditions:
1. The City, its employees, agents and contractors as well as utility companies, may enter upon the Property
from and after the date of execution of this document for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months for
the purposes of topographic surveying and utility locating.
2. To the extent allowed by law, the City agrees to indemnify the Owner for any damages caused by its
employees, agents or contractors as a result of the activities described herein and performed upon the
Property.
3. The right of entry is not revocable for the term herein granted.
4. The undersigned certifies that he or she is the owner, or the duly authorized agent of the owner, of the
land described above.
