C. HEARING DATE: August 13, 1991 LOCATION: Approximately 1400 feet south of Sandy Lake Road, east of Denton Tap Road. SIZE OF AREA: Approximately 25.6 Acres. REQUEST: Vacate plat so that Wynnpage Addition Final Plat can be approved. APPLICANT: Siepiela Interest Unzicker, Schnurbusch, Assocs. In 1991, Siepiela Interest purchased the property, rezoned it to residential use {78 lots), and this is the final step which needs to be taken prior to resubdividing into single family lots. TRANSPORTATION: Wynn Page Drive is the main access off of Denton Tap Road. There will be secondary northern access as shown on the Wynnpage plat. None of these arteries are shown on the plat being vacated. ANALYSIS: This DTC plat needs to be vacated prior to approval of the Wynnpage Addition Final Plat, both on the same general area of land. Because the land use has changed from commercial under the DTC plat, to residential under the Wynnpage plat, this is a step to be taken prior to development.
