Gentlemen:
You are invited to submit a proposal for grading work in subject
addition. All labor, machinery, tools, apparatus and other items
incidental to construction according to the enclosed plans and
specifications should be included in unit prices. The Owner
reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive
formalities in the bidding procedure. Bids will be received
until 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 7, 1991, and should be
addressed to:

Attached is a copy of our estimate of the bid quantities. Ail
work is to be constructed under Contract with the Owner per
Contract Documents provided by them. All work must be completed
in accordance with H.U.D. Data Sheet 79G. Testing and inspection
of construction will be provided by the Owner. Initial site
grading shall be completed to a tolerance of plus or minus two
tenths of one foot in streets, and plus or minus five tenths of
one foot for house pads. Final house pad grading, to be done
upon completion .of paving and utility facilities, shall be
provided to a tolerance of plus or minus three tenths of one foot
at all four corners of the pad and substantially level with front
and rear swales in general conformance with enclosed plans, as
required, but no side swales except where shown on these plans.
Construction staking and grade verification will be provided by

the Owner through Unzicker, Schnurbusch & Associates, Inc. The
Owner reserves the right to backcharge the Contractor for
retesting, restaking, and/or reverification. Also include in
your estimate the time of construction (in working days) to
complete all work associated with this development.

(complete in place) per city of Coppell Standards and
Specifications. Ail construction to be in coordination with all
existing as well as future utilities. Traffic control to be
provided and maintained by Contractor throughout construction at
his expense.
NOTES:
1. All grades within street Rights-of-Way to be within two tenths of
one foot of design grades.
2. Developer may choose not to bench all 78 lots within subdivision
depending on location of quality trees, so please provide a unit
price on a per lot basis.
3. Includes all existing structures, fences, debris, rocks, etc.
4. Trees in the Rights-of-Way and on some lots will be removed but
overall, a special effort has been taken on proposed grades,
alignments, etc. to save as many trees as possible.
5. Under no circumstance shall fill, spoil, debris, etc. be placed
within the floodplain of stream GI located along the East line of
this addition.
