The following is a punch list of the items found to be deficient at
this lo~ation~
· ~ Brick paver lug needs to be reuuoved ~nd repoured due to
tho disturbance from the valve location attempt
Seal curb's and saw outs
Pour inlet throats
Pour curb in Spycove - Remove additional damaged area to
the west - it is cracked
' i The City will install the stop ~lgn~ at Spygla~ and
~ Parkway and Spyglass and Spycove once the other punch
i list items are completed
