Josh,
We need it all signed and sealed and in our possession before the 12th, for it not to expire. Once
engineering signs off and any necessary fees are paid you can go file it. Not sure what fees may be
required before filing for this plat.

I wanted to follow up on this to see if we can start getting everything together to file the plat.
Also, Mary, what needs to be done before it expires? Does it need to be filed or can we be in the
process? I will need to confirm that William has paid all of the taxes on this site and if not then it
takes 10 days to post.
