Dear Ken,
In response to your request, I am preparing this letter to
address request of an early start letter of Lots 10-13, Block
C and Lots 1-8, Block D to start model homes.
We would appreciate the release on Thursday so that building
permits can be released next Monday morning.
The pavement has been constructed and as of this written request,
only setting of the meter cans needs to be completed to reach
substantial completion.
As with any project, I expect that when the first walk-thru
of the Subdivision occurs, some items will have to be corrected.
Please let me know if you have any problems with this request.
