Please disregard the previous list (dated January 23, 19921. The Wastewater Impact Fee was inadvertently omitted from that list. Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $127,251.23 plus 2% of the construction cost, and forward it to Alan Johnson, Finance Department, along with a copy of the Fee Assessment list. In addition, please provide me with a copy of the EnGineer's Estimate for this project or the contract amount for verification of the construction inspection fee. Water Impact Fee: (Does not include Irrigation) 132 - 5/8" x 3/4" Domestic Meter/s = 132 ESU's - Irrigation Meter/s = ESU's - Fireline Meter/s = ESU's Total 132 ESU's @ $650.00 ea = $85,800.00 100% due prior to Council approval of final plat. Wastewater Impact Fee: (MUD) 132-5/8" x 3/4" Domestic Meter/s = 132 ESU's ~ $225.00 = $29,700.00 100% due prior to Council approval of final plat. Water Tap Inspection Fee 132 Connections ~ $100.00 each = $13,200.00 100% due prior to issuance of building permit. Sewer Tap Inspection Fee 132 Connections ~ $100.00 each = $13,200.00 100% due prior to issuance of building permit. Street Lighting Fee Shall be assessed and paid prior to final acceptance of project. Note: This fee cannot be assessed until after TU Electric submits the lighting plan for the proposed project. Once plan is submitted $292.60 per light will be assessed. Street Signs Fee See attached Street sign assessment sheet. 100% due prior to final acceptance of project. Park Fee 132 Residential Lots at $150.00 each = $19,800.00 Units (Multi family) at $75.00 each = $ 50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer; prior to Council approval of final plat. 50% remaining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a building permit is issued.
