It has been brought to my attention today, Tuesday, January 11, 2000 at 1 :I]4 p.m. by Gary Prior
with Ed Bell Construction that there is a conflict between existing GTE Duct Bank that is on our
proposed line and grade for new installation of storm drain. The conflict area is between 0 + 00
to 37+00 (see note). Jay Sims with GTE was notified and was at the job site at 2:20 p.m. today
to make their assessment of the conflict.
No determination of relocation for the proposed storm drain has been reached at this time.
Your assistance will be greatly appreciated. Hope to have this resolved in a timely manner. If
