Dear Ken:
I received your November 5th letter regarding the construction of Wrangler Drive and have
a few comments. I was unable to verify your allocation of costs based on frontage foot. I
came up with a total of roughly 1,100' of frontage owned by Catellus. You also
mentioned that to insure the construction of this section of Wrangler, Catellus would need
to provide necessary funds as soon as possible. It is our intent to pay Catellus' prorata
share of costs from funds held in the Public Improvement District. I am not certain we
can obtain funds in advance. Also, I presume you have notified PacTrust of the urgency
and I was curious if they were still prepared to participate. Please give me a call at your
earliest convenience.
