- Bonds are not included in bid price.
- If a bond is necessary, a 10 day notice is required.

- Impact, tap, and inspection fees are not included in bid price.
- All taps are priced for PVC, unless stated above.
- CG is responsible for providing metered water, usable for back fill and compaction.
- Concrete and asphalt removal and/or replacement is not included in bid price.
- No D.O.T. permits are included in bid price.
- No Traffic Control included in bid price.
- If rock is encountered, additional charges will incur.
- Any changes or additions will result in additional charges.
- The overhead fire contractor will be responsible for stamped approval of fire plan.
- For stand alone FDC, Mike Brown Services, Inc. will provide brass plugs. If anything different is required,
there will be an additional charge.
- Any bid with 4" sewer must have a minimum 2% grade. If less than 2% is required, the GC or Property Owner
will be responsible for any problems or corrections that arise.
- Materials damaged on or stolen from the jobsite will be replaced at the General Contractor's expense.
- There is no warranty against damages once material has been installed. If damage occurs, there will be an
additional charge for repairs.
- If daily work hours have any restrictions, this could affect the bid price.
- Any additional labor expenses incurred due to information missing from plans will be the responsibility of the GC.
