YMCA-CS 980209 MEMORANDUM FROM ~ DEPARTMENT OF ENGINEERING To: Pete Smith, City Attorney From: Ken Griffin, P.E., Dir. of Engineering and Public Works RE: Joint Use Agreement / YMCA Date: February 9, 1998 There has been conversation between the City of Coppell and the Coppell Family YMCA concerning a joint access off of Town Center Blvd. This access would provide the primary entrance to the YMCA and also provide an entrance in a future parking lot for the open area behind the Criminal Justice Center. With this memo, I am providing a copy of the access easement, metes and bounds and exhibit as presented to the City of Coppell by the Coppell Family YMCA. I am requesting a draft of a Joint Use Agreement to allow for the mutual use of this access by both the City of Coppell and the Coppell Family YMCA.
