Water
The domestic meter box needs to be adjusted to proper elevation
The irrigation meter box needs to be adjusted
Cut valve markings in the curb
Proper color on irrigation controller box
Sewer
Square concrete pad around clean out
Storm Sewer
Clean out all debris in storm drain
Streets
Route and seal all surface cracks.
General
Mark fire lane marking on the curb in front of building.
This is a PRE-punch list. We have to give Streets, Water, and Sewer Departments a 7 day notice for their walk-thru. Their list may be more specific than my list because ours is a quick
visual, surface inspection. Our list needs to be complete prior to scheduling a Public Works walk-thru. Be sure to become familiar with pages 14 – 16 in the Pre-Construction packet.
