Aligning the northern driveway with the existing Comerica access easement could be a long term mistake. Should look at taking access at the north side of the property. This could possibly be a joint access with the City. Preliminary Water, Sanitary Sewer & Drainage Plan: 1. The proposed 8" water line along the north and east side should be a private water line. Also, this line should be looped. 2. The proposed 39" RCP needs to be connected to the existing drainage north of the development.
