Gentlemen;
I would like your suggestions on how our builder can place this
home on this lot without cutting down any more trees.
Presently, we are one foot in the 16' drainage easement on the
south side. Hovi~g it to the west will eliminate some large
trees, moving it to the north will encroach on the wall easement
in &ddition to having to remove some more trees. We would like
to leave it where it is and reduce the easement width to
As the developer for this project, there is no problem in making
these changes. After observing the actual field conditions, very
little drainage will ever come down this eawement.
