outstaDding vote~ of a~l members in Good Standin~ as described in
the Declaration and required pursuant to A~ticle IX, Section 9.S of
the Deolaration. does hereby amen~ the D~¢laration as follows:
Declaration is hereby deleted in its en=ire~y and in lieu
the following shall be inser~ed~
