LTRA Is doing some potholing to verify the location and elevation of our encasement pipe under the future DART East
Belt Line.
DWU has no objection to the potholing work provided LTRA coordinates with Wastewater Collections during the
process.
LTRA must contact Dimas Castillo at Wastewater Collections to have the main marked prior to potholing.
Wastewater Collections requires that a member of their staff be present during the potholing.
Please have LTRA contact Dimas Castillo at least 48 hours in advance to schedule time to witness the potholing.

Good afternoon Scott
I talked to Raymond Keprta at Dallas Water Utilities and discussed with him our task to confirm the location of the 24
inch DWU Force Main in 36” Casing crossing the WB lanes of E Belt Line between Fairway and Ledbetter.
I also described how the location of our vacuum excavation truck has to be on a level surface, the nearest location is to
be able to utilize the right lane of the WB traffic on E Belt Line.
I offered to mark up the location on the record drawings where the casing needed to be identified and am attaching as
the 1st attachment. Raymond told me to contact you with this information so that you could let him know if you are OK
with the original request to utilize this WB Right Lane.
We are only interested in the casing that crosses the DART Rail and it’s not necessary to find it next to or under the WB
traffic lanes.
The 2nd attachment is the Google location for the vacuum excavation truck.
