Reduce the labeling duplication between the main entry on the plan and
Detail 3. Remove curve data for paving fi-om the plan to make the Winding
Hollow Lane centerline curve data more legible. Remove W;nding Hollow 1 ~ne
curve data fi'om Detail 13 to make curve data for paving more legible. Common
Area S-A, 3-B, 3-C labels should remain in both locations.
Label the off-site eazement on th~ City of Coppell park site with a vol.....
pg. reference. The actual fili-g information mint be on the face of~he plat
prior tO filing. Please note that the City of Coppell ha~ no information on this
