Finley Development, on behalf of W.O.C. Investments, Inc., owner of the above referenced
development, respectfully request the City of Coppell determine any credit this project may be
due for the dedication of right-of-way on Coppell Road.
Enclosed herewith is the closing statement for this proJect. The project engineer, HAP
ENGINEERING has indicated there is 42,980 square feet of ROW dedication. The closing
statement total land price of $753,809.63 divided by 32,835,947,561.90 square feet
(18.1727 acres) would place the value per square foot at $ 0.9522.
