PLANNED DEVELOPMENT MODIFICATION REQUEST
FOR P&Z MEETING OF 10/20/94
The Woodlands of Coppell, J.V. hereby request the City of Coppell Planning .and Zoning
Commission approve the planned development request for The Woodlands of Coppell with the
following modifications and understandings:
I. Thc project will be subject to Copper Road Impact Fees in effect when the project final plat
is approved.
II. Thc primary entry will be aligned with Winding Hollow Road.
III. The Owner proposes to excavate and re-pave a portion of Coppell road 500 feet from the
main entrance to the northwest to provide improved sight safety.
IV. In the event thc proposed park walkway is constructed on the east side of the creek this
easement will be abandoned by the City.
V. The final plat may have up to 38 complying Lots.
