I apologize for taking so long to respond to your July 21't letter regarding the Wrangler
Drive easement request. I sent a copy of the easement to Albert Halif& Associates to
simply review the proposed aligmnent and everything appears okay. At this time however,
I would like to clarify the City' s plans. I understand the city will be constructing both
water and sanitary sewer within this easement area at its sole costs and expense. Pat
Acker at Albert Halff indicated that the City' s plans now include extending Wrangler
Drive west to Freeport Parkway. I recall that the City was at one time planning on
improving and extending Wrangler Drive to Enterprise. Is it now the City' s plans to
extend the street all the way to Freeport Parkway?. Will the actual construction of
Wrangler Drive be at the landowner' s expense? What is the timing of the proposed
construction?
When you have an opportunity I would like to discuss these points with you. I will await
your reply.
