Enclosed please l:ind our letter to you dated May 21. 1998 regarding lime stabilization for tlae paving on the original
,zonstruction. In that letter, it was ,)ur opinion that lime stabilization was not necessary. The project was constructed
without lime stabilization.
Since Sample No. I was taken near the proposed parking lot addition to the north, and existing and proposed ara(les
are ~,imilar to the previous sample taken, it is ,)ur opinion that lime stabilization is not required for the additional parkine
lot area.
