Re: Coppell Crossing Addition
Dear Mr. Lam:
TXU Electric Company grants permission to Dunaway Associates, Inc. to perform
grading operations on an existing swale to facilitate drainage improvements for the
Coppell Crossing Addition in accordance with the plans submitted. Dunaway
Associates, Inc. should also be advised and advise its employees, representatives,
agents, and contractors, who enter the property that they will be working in the
vicinity of high voltage electrical facilities and should take proper precautions,
included, but not limited to the following stipulations and in compliance, at all times,
with Chapter 752, V.T.C.A., Health and Safety Code. Before any work is done under
the TU Electric lines, or by TU structures, you should contact the Manager of Dallas
Region Transmission, (214) 721-6321 at least 48 hours in advance. Under no
circumstances can boom-type equipment or equipment exceeding fifteen (15) feet in
height be used on the TU Electric right-of-way.
