Coppell 2 Emergency Access Road Easement for adjacent
Place on final plat the following language:
24' Emergency Access Road. The location of the Emergency Access Road, the
design of the gate to the Emergency Access Road, the location of the gate, the design
of the columns, landscape, and irrigation around the gate, and the connection road
from the gate to the Coppell Crossing T~vo firelane, are to be approved by Coppell
Crossing Two Ltd. prior to construction o£the Emergency Access Road.
Any and all costs associated with the location of the Emergency Access Road, the
design of the gate to the Emergency Access Road, the location of the gate, the design
of the columns, landscape, and irrigation around the gate, and the connection road
from the gate to the Coppell Crossing firelane, and the regular maintennnce thereof,
any attorney's fees of Coppell Crossing Two Ltd. necessary to make this Emergency
Access Road happen, will be born by NLW Group or its successor. The Emergency
Access Road shall be designed so as not to interfere with the grade of Coppell
Crossing Two.
