Enclosed herewith is a copy of documents from the Board of Adjustments and
Planning Department in reference to the above captioned litigation. Please place these
matters in your file for reference in addressing any issues concerning the Mavex lawsuit.
Be further advised that the City Engineering Department possess documents,
engineering drawings and/or plans promulgated during the construction phase of Coppell
Crossing Addition that may be relevant to this litigation. Mr. Ken Griffin, City Engineer,
can address any issues regarding those documents. I will inform Ken of the need to
acquire those documents that you may deem relevant after reviewing the lawsuit. We
would anticipate that construction drawings would not be relevant. However, if you
deem that information is necessary, please advise us so that we may obtain the same for
your review.
