We are currently in the process of completing an in-house review of the prel irninary/pre-fmal plans
for the Wrangler Drive project. The plans will be ready for submittal to you for your review by the
end of next week. Included with this next submittal will be the right-of-way documents for the
proposed extension of Wrangler Drive to Freeport Parkway and an updated opinion of probable cost.
Although there are a few issues which remain urtresolved from the schematic plan submittal and
review, we have attempted to address most of these items on the preliminary/pre-fmal plans. Some,
however, may require additional consideration and/or direction before we complete the final plans.
These um'esolved issues generally relate to the following:
1. Uncertainty as to whether or not a segment of the sanitary sewer, immediately to the
east of Enterprise Drive, has been constructed;
2. Driveway locations, access and traffic channelization for left-turn movements
adjacent to the CoppeI1 Middle gchool property;
3. Collection of runoff from undeveloped, offsite drainage areas;
4. Recommendations regarding subgrade stabilization;
5. The intersection Iayout at the southwest comer of Wrangler Drive and Crestside
Drive; and
6. Left-turn channelization at the intersection of Freeport Parkway and Belt Line Road.
