MEMORANDUM
Subject: Drainage and grading
The.purpose of this memo is to confirm our meeting 'regarding. the proJec~t site on March 3,
1999. It is our understanding that Dunaway Associates will design the two-36" RCP pipes on
our site. The proposed headwall will be located 'near the west property line, approximately 1 i 3
feet north of the southwest comer. Our plans will reflect surface grading towards the proposed
headwall. (See attachment)
It is also our understanding that Tipton Engineering is responsible for the grading and the
detention area in the Dallas Power & Light Easement.
Another issue, discussed was the 24' access road. Tipton Engineering is responsible for the
construction of the roadway, which includes providing drainage access under the proposed
road.. The cOnstruction of the proposed 24' acc, ess road shall extend to the proposed drive of
the Coppell Crossing II development.
