At the Sonic site at Coppell #2 (MacArthur Blvd), they are developing a shopping center
to the south of the store. Mitch Vexler (telephone 940.241.2353) is going to call you
concerning the fire line. He wants to tap the private side of the vault. I told him I would
not apprOve that until you looked at it with his engineer. Mike Martin at the city
caufionedi us because on any future maintenance it would be our problem and I assume
there could be a water usage problem. We will want an agreement with them in written
form that is recordable if you approve of what he wants to do.
