Further to my previous letters to you, this letter will confirm, that owners of thc various tracts of land in
CoppcI1 Crossing (Tracts 1 through $), fxom the date of installation forward, through the Covenant~
Conditions and Restrictions registered on Coppell Crossing, will be responsible for any required repairs to
the 6" water tap fl~.at Mockingbird Management Company installed on the 6" water line to bc located on thc
west side of the double detector check infront of Sonic, In addition Mockingbird Management Company,
at its sole cost and expense, will repair the area of the driveway to be excavated for the installation of the
water line.
