Dear Mr. Spiars:
As requested, Mike Jones, of our office, and I have reviewed your preliminary grading plan
against the Wrangler Drive street grades developed as part of the schematic plans. The Wrangler
Drive street grades appear to be compatible with those proposed for Lincoln Business Center,
though you may decide to make minor adjustments in your proposed driveway grades.
The elevations provided are based on an initial profile to be incorporated into schematic plans and
have not yet been reviewed by the City of Coppell staff. These grades are subject to change
during the preliminary and f'mal design stages of the Wrangler Drive plan development. Feel free
to call if you would like to obtain plans at each of these stages.
As we discussed on the telephone, your drainage plans and drainage area map would be beneficial
to us in our design of the Wrangler Drive storm drainage system. I will contact you next week
to request the plans. Thank you for your cooperation.
