Further to my letter of June 2'~ and our conversation this af~rnoon, this letter will confh-m that it is the
intention of Powell Contractors to cormcct the water service to the west side (private wat~ line) of the
vault. The dil~ from the west side will be r~moved at 5:00 a.m. on Wednesday morning and placed into the
hole on the cast side. The hole on thc east side will be ready for concrete on Friday morning. Oncc the
connection has been made the ~ on the west sick will be replaced and whatever grass has been removed
will be replaced at my cost. Using this method will mean that at no time will water be turned off to the
Sonic propert~y because tb~ water taps to Sonic are on the east side of the vault.
As always, if you have any problems during the construction process, please call me irnmediatcly and I will
get the problem solved.
