Show the lot and block number for the property and a vicinity map on the cover sheet of the civil plans. On the drainage plan, show the size of the inlets, laterals, manholes and storm sewer pipe. Also, show the hydraulic calculations and provide a drainage area map. Provide a minimum of 20' for utility easements. Provide grading plans with next set of plans. Provide paving plans with subgrade requirements with next set of plans· Provide an erosion control plan with stabilized construction entrance. Provide storm drain, sanitary sewer profiles. Provide a plat of property. On the water and sewer plan, provide a wastewater access device at the north side of the southernmost building· Also, install a wastewater access device and grease trap at the south side of the southernmost building. Provide a valve for the water line at the location shown on the plans· Why can't you tie into the existing manhole at Riverchase/MacArthur intersection instead of constructing a new manhole 10 feet south of the existing manhole? Install double check and backflow preventers for each water service out of the building. On line "A" sewer line, the flow line elevations are shown to be the same. How will sewer flow here? A building is shown to be constructed on top of the existing 7'x4' box culvert. No structure is permitted on existing drainage and utility easements. There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the marked up plans along with two revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
