COMMENT STATUS:
1. Provide additional information for the proposed driveway at the southeast comer of the
development. Need to show location of existing signal and arms for railroad crossing,
location of traffic signal poles and distance to the Belt Line Road intersection. The
driveway may need to be shifted north.
2. Show the drainage easement for the existing double 7'x4' box culvert located at the
northwest comer of the property. Also, show the drainage easement for the 2 - 36" RCP's
located on the south side of the property.
3. Show zoning of adjacent property to the north.
4. On-site sanitary sewer needs to tie into existing manhole approximately 270' west of
MacArthur Blvd. No new manholes will be allowed.
5. Show correct scale of 1" =50'.
6. Dry bore water line beneath MacArthur Blvd.
7. The previous plan on this site (MacArthur Plaza Phase 2) showed the water line around the
site to be mostly in landscaped areas, not under pavement. This plan shows most of the
water line under proposed and future paving. Therefore, the water line should be private.
