WRANGLER DRIVE

Drainage Area 'A':
This is the minimum area draining to Wrangler Drive, consistent with the July, 1986 Drainage Area
Map for Belt Line Road Improvements by Ginn, Inc. (Plan File No. 1201B-008).
Drainage Area 'B':
This area is proposed to drain to Wrangler Drive according to the February, 1995 Drainage Area
Map for Park West Commerce Center by HalffAssociates, Inc. (Plan File No. 1405/007). However,
this area was not shown as draining to Wrangler Drive in the July, 1986 Drainage Area Map for Belt
Line Road Improvements by Ginn, Inc. (Plan File No. 1201B-008) by which the box culverts at the
intersection of Wrangler Drive and Belt Line Road were desi~maed.
Drainage Area 'C':
Storm water runoff from this area is proposed to enter the Belt Line Road/Wrangler Drive culverts
at the northwest comer of the intersection as shown on the February, 1986 Drainage Area Map for
Belt Line Road Improvements by Ginn, Inc. (Plan File No. 1201B-008).
Drainage Area 'D':
This area was not included in the Wrangler Drive drainage area in the February, 1986 Drainage Area
Map by Ginn, Inc., but was graded to drain towards Wrangler when Executive Drive was
constructed, as shown on the December, 1995 Grading Plan for Park West Commerce Center by
HalffAssociates, Inc.
Drainage Area 'E':
This area was shown to drain towards Airline Drive and Belt Line Road in the February, 1986
Drainage Area Map by Gin_n, Inc., but has now been proposed to drain to the northwest comer of the
Wrangler Drive/Belt Line Road intersection as shown on the April, 1996 Utility Masterplan for Park
West Commerce Center by Halff Associates, Inc.
Drainage Area 'F':
Storm water draining from this area towards Freeport Parkway is intended to be collected in a storm
drain system in Wrangler Drive, once constructed, as shown in the March, 1985 Storm Sewer plans
for Freeport Parkway by HalffAssociates, Inc. (Plan File No. 902-015 and 902-017).
